Friday October 26 at 7:00 p.m. El Visor – Espai Fotogràfic is pleased to invite you to the preview of the documentary 1000 CUPS OF TEA -Memories of Chapursan.
For two weeks Marta Bretó and Tato Rosés explored the glaciers Kuk-e-Yaz and Yishkuk, which flow into the isolated Chapursan valley, an area of restricted access to the Hunza-Nagar region, within the Gilgit-Baltistan province (Pakistan). There are no reliable maps of these mountains, so it is indispensable to have the help of farmers, pastors and miners, who have been able to adapt their knowledge of the environment in which they live to guide the few people who go to these anonimous mountains in search of knowledge and adventure.
